For the former, the most important thing is not honor, but a sign of honor, which is not the same thing. But, again, all people are different, and such a belief is characteristic only of a minority, seeming to other people as nonsense, devoid of meaning.
And what is justice? Justice is objectivity. This does not mean at all that "you are my friend, therefore you are right, and I see him for the first time, therefore he is wrong." No, this is precisely the objective approach to truth. Everyone should be rewarded according to what they deserve: sinners will be rewarded for sins, the righteous - for righteous deeds; then and only then will happiness come, although the guitar god Jimi Hendrix thought differently, arguing that "when the power of love surpasses the love of power, then there will be peace on earth."
But what then is truthfulness? In my opinion, this is a state when it is unpleasant for a person to tell a lie, so he speaks, or at least tries to tell, only the truth. But this does not mean at all that a person cannot be told a lie - it is simply unpleasant. For example, when I do not want to tell the truth, I laugh it off, but I do it in such a way that it is clear to everyone that this is a joke. And the truth will actually be the opposite of a joke.
Nobility? If we disassemble this word by composition, we get a “good kind”, that is, the sublimity of the motives of human behavior, their relationship to the Good, where the motives are not selfishness, but altruism, the desire to help one’s neighbor, and not for the sake of profit, but for the sake of happiness.
Dignity is the respect or self-respect of the human person. It is inalienable and intransferable, and even the dignity of the individual is protected by criminal law. Yes, dignity is given to a person from birth, and it cannot be taken away. But a person with just one small act can drop it so much that he will not be able to restore it for the rest of his life.
Thus, honor, in my opinion, is the most important psychological regulator of such a complex biosocial being as a person, and people do not even realize its exceptional significance, inventing something else that they consider important, skipping truly priceless things by themselves. And, inventing, they violate one of the ten commandments: “do not make yourself an idol,” and although I consider religion to be absurd, I admit that it is not devoid of common sense.

There are many different traits that a person must have. It is quite difficult to single out the most important of them. For example, appearance. With a nice person, a large number of people try to communicate and be friends. But if a person has a beautiful appearance, but a bad character, this is not for long. Gradually, its essence is revealed to others. Not so many people want to communicate with a bad person anymore. So appearance is not always important. Good character is important to us in people. It is important to be able to speak well. A good character in my concept is when a person tells the truth, does not be mean, does not lie, is not afraid to help, stand up for the weak. If there is such a person next to me, I am not afraid. And I don't care how beautiful this person's appearance is. The main thing is that I have confidence in him. No matter what situation we may find ourselves in, such a person will not leave us in trouble. After all, you can be surrounded by very beautiful people with a cowardly character who will leave you in trouble at the first opportunity. And you can be in the company of not very beautiful people who will stand up for you when they attack you.

Yes, it seems that our humanity has already been able to find the answer. The most important thing in a person is the soul. Soul. But, having found the answer, have people been able to move forward so much in their development? Have we become happier by pronouncing this word with such enthusiasm? With delight, because we are so smart, we were able to find the answer to this secret question! It seems to me that not everyone in our country can say with confidence: “Yes, this concept, this discovery, ennobled me and my life!”. But in fact, there is nothing complicated in this. You just need to clearly define for yourself what our “soul” is connected with. What word sequence will we continue after this concept? And I declare with confidence that the very first word that I write after the word "soul" will be "rush" or "flight." After all, it is not in vain that we so often use the phrase “flight of the soul” in our speech. And for us, teachers-psychologists, this is especially close.
The soul must fly. The desire for impulse kindles a fire in us. The fire of hope, faith and love. The fire that gives us happiness. Which opens the way for us to knowledge. And this is so connected with our profession! We not only ignite the inner fire in ourselves, we help to “inflate” it with our little people, on whom a lot depends in the future. I'm glad I chose this path. Yes, this is a big responsibility, there are a lot of obstacles on our way! To learn to fly, to be free inside, to always strive for new heights... These questions have been reflected in many works more than once. And one of them is related to foreign literature, a philosophical parable by Richard Bach "The Seagull ...". It was not just the fate of the protagonist - Jonathan Livingston, whom someone called the son of the Great Seagull, and someone called the Devil, because of which at one moment he was nearly torn apart by angry relatives. But Jonathan himself, of course, did not agree with any of these "titles". Of the whole work, Richard Bach, in my opinion, gives him two main characteristics, at the very beginning: "But J. Livingston was not some ordinary bird" and "More than anything in the world, J. Livingston loved to fly." In these uncomplicated phrases, the author reveals the whole secret essence of the seagull: flying is not a benefit, it is an impulse of the soul, it is freedom. You don't need to fly to find food; you need to fly just to fly! Find happiness in the very impulse of the soul!
We, teachers, experience exactly these feelings every day, like a seagull from a literary work of the same name. The flight gives rise to new aspirations in her, which lead to the heights of perfection and, most importantly, kindles an inner fire in her. In the same way, in our daily work, we give all our strength in order to educate spiritually strong personalities in our students. And it's not easy. We must light a fire in them that will lead them along the right path, along the path of goodness, love, generosity and nobility. Each time we must set before them such tasks, solving which our students will not doubt that these qualities are inherent in a Real Man. And it is they who need to be educated. But is it possible to kindle an inner fire in others if it is not in yourself? The teacher himself must always be ready for flight, for inner flight. It is impossible to strive for perfection without feeling the impulse to knowledge in your soul. After all, students like exactly the teacher whose eyes are burning, who is passionate about his work and can interest others.
But, as I said above, this thorny path many barriers. J. Livingston, making his next dive, lost control and crashes into the water surface at high speed. After this incident, the seagull makes a difficult choice for itself - a choice towards the ordinary, quarrelsome life of its flock: "I must return home, to my Flock, and be content with the fact that I am who I am - a miserable, weak seagull." The charm of flight saved J. Livingston. Yes, and it is not always easy for our children to cope with the tasks that the educational process sets before them. Sometimes they also begin to think that it is better to be content with little, to understand that you are just a person. And here we, teachers, must rush to their aid. Unobtrusively explain that there is no limit to human capabilities. The path to knowledge is long and difficult, you can not stop there. It is necessary, like our Seagull, to listen to your inner voice, to feel the charm that the flight of the soul gives us. And the knowledge and skills that we have taught our children will help us in this. We gave them joy from the fact that they manage to complete a certain task, it turns out to feel inner freedom.
