Self-tanning in the salon as long as it lasts. Personal experience: instant tanning in the salon. How is the procedure done

This is why they make up the bulk of those who choose to do self-tanning in salons. Reviews of this procedure, carried out at home, are not so enthusiastic.

Self-tanning may not be suitable for those who are particularly sensitive to the components of the product. But in this case, you can try to pick up a different brand of bronzer with a different composition. Also, the procedure is not recommended for people with various skin diseases (psoriasis, eczema and others), skin lesions (cuts, burns), nursing mothers. Since there is no data on the effect of bronzers on fetal development, you should not resort to the procedure for women in position.

Self-tanning in salons: stages of carrying out

You need to prepare for the procedure at home. Peeling can be done a couple of weeks before applying the product. If you do it before the procedure itself, then the effect of self-tanning will last much less. The salon will offer a shower with a special washcloth, which will help remove the top layer of dead skin and make your tan more even. But it will also be useful to take a shower at home, rubbing your skin with a washcloth.

In the salon, using a special spray, a bronzer is applied to the entire body and allowed to soak in for a few minutes. Next, you need to take a shower again in order to wash off the remnants of the product. Immediately afterwards, you can moisturize the skin with a special lotion, which will help to consolidate the obtained result.

What options does a self-tanning salon imply? Reviews about the procedure in popular salons are almost always positive. They have two options for applying the product: on the whole body and under a swimsuit. If you choose the second option, you need to take a swimsuit with you, which is not a pity, since it is very difficult to remove the bronzer from the fabric.

Before applying the bronzer to the entire body, it is worth doing a complete depilation a few days before the procedure, as possible irritations can lead to other skin problems.

Skin care after self-tanning

It is worth taking a shower at home on the day of the self-tanning procedure without using a washcloth or scrubs. Better to use only shower gel and moisturizing lotion. To prolong the tanning effect and maintain its uniformity, you can use cosmetics with a slight bronzing effect. Funds with an aggressive composition may not be combined with an already performed procedure and bring the opposite result. For example, cause skin inflammation or

A special diet will also help prolong life. Carrot juice helps to consolidate the results from using the bronzer. Adequate hydration of the skin with the help of a special lotion or milk will also help prolong the life of a beautiful tan.

Effects on the skin

The coloring properties of self-tanning products are due to the presence of coloring pigments.

They can be both chemical and natural. Extracts from certain plants can have a similar effect on the skin. Natural remedies are more gentle on the skin. In some cases, they can even improve the condition of the skin.

People with sensitive skin in the salon are advised not to take risks and still choose natural remedies. Some salons work with several means to give the client the opportunity to choose the option that is more financially acceptable to him.

The cost of the procedure

How much can a self-tanning salon cost?

Prices for this procedure in different salons range from several hundred rubles to several thousand. This difference is due to several factors. Most of all, the popularity and popularity of the salon itself, as well as the price of self-tanning products, affect the cost. Do not trust advertisements that offer self-tanning products for a couple of hundred in salons. Customer feedback on the results of such procedures leaves much to be desired. Such large discounts can be due to expired tanning products or the use of an unregistered product.

Self-tanning in salons: reviews

Many of those who have already used the service of self-tanning by a professional master are very pleased with the result. It is noted that the self-tanning procedure in the salon allows you to acquire a beautiful bronze skin tone in a short time, as after a week's vacation.

Most often, self-tanning products last for about two weeks. This period depends on the correctness of skin care after the procedure, as well as on its initial condition. What you need to know before deciding on a self-tanning salon? It is better to read reviews about the procedure and means before going to the master. It is worth applying the product in a well-known institution or at a well-known master. This way you can avoid a disastrous result and not ruin your mood.

Hello everyone! Every woman dreams of being attractive and catching the admiring glances of others. Golden tan is a great addition to the image of a well-groomed, self-confident woman. The article will tell you how to properly apply self-tanning at home and in the salon.

Long exposure to the sun is contraindicated for most people, and ultraviolet radiation has a detrimental effect on sensitive skin. Besides, many people simply cannot afford expensive resorts.

There is a way out - self-tanning. You can apply it yourself at home, or you can use the services of a professional at a beauty salon. Self-tanning will give your skin a shiny tan without harming your health.

In order to properly apply self-tanning without stains and streaks, you need to approach this procedure intelligently. There are three steps you can follow to achieve an even and correct tan at home:

  1. Face and body skin preparation;
  2. Exfoliation of the skin;
  3. Self-tanning application.

Let's consider each stage in detail.

Skin preparation and care

Proper skin care slows down the aging process and is the key to a beautiful and healthy body. But, unfortunately, most women do not attach much importance to this.

We all know that the neck, décolleté and arms are primarily age-related, and self-tanning can draw additional attention to imperfections such as flaky or dry skin.

A beneficial effect on the skin occurs at once along all fronts: the lipid layer of the skin is restored, metabolism is activated, blood circulation improves, fat deposits are burned, swelling decreases, lymphatic drainage effect appears, the skin is smoothed, cellulite goes away, and so it can be enumerated indefinitely.

We can use this versatile product as a self-tanner for the body, which will not only give you a tanned body, but also have a beneficial effect on your skin. The body will have a seductive silhouette, and your skin will have a healthy glow.

Let's move on to preparing and using a coffee self-tanner.

  1. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of natural ground coffee in 100 ml of boiling water, leave for 25 minutes.
  2. Rub the resulting solution into the skin of the face and body in the morning and in the evening using a cotton pad.
  3. Change the concentration up or down, depending on what result you want to get.

Continue the treatments until the desired skin tone is achieved.

Self-tanning (bronzing) procedure in the salon

Nowadays, there are a huge number of beauty salons that are ready to offer you a bronzing procedure. It will not cost cheap. In Russia, the average cost of a bronzing procedure varies from 1 to 3 thousand rubles. Salon self-tanning will last on the skin for an average of 1.5-2 weeks. Let's consider the pros and cons of the procedure.

  • you get the shade you need, thanks to a variety of choices;
  • saving time, since the tan is applied for 3-5 minutes;
  • even application the first time.
  • high cost of procedures;
  • tan lasts no more than 2 weeks;
  • you can come across an unscrupulous beauty salon, in this case all the advantages will disappear immediately.

We have learned from our own experience whether it is possible to become dark-skinned in 15 minutes.

Owners of straight hair want to curl them, owners of curls dream of straightening them - everyone knows this paradox. I have a different situation: as the owner of snow-white skin, I dream of a bronze tan. I tried to achieve it in various ways, including prolonged sunbathing at resorts (the last time it ended with solar dermatitis), all kinds of self-tanning in different price categories and, forgive me the beauty experts I know, a solarium, but never got the desired result. There was only one remedy left - an instant tan in the salon - and I decided to try it. I chose the LikeZagar studio for the experiment.

What is instant tanning?

Instant tanning is a service from tanning studios and beauty salons that can get you tanned in 15 minutes. With the help of a special tool, the expert evenly sprays sugarcane suntan lotion all over your body, and you immediately become tanned. And this is not the end result - the tan appears in full force after 2-6 hours (the time depends on the chosen shade). This is not a paint, but an artificial tan, so after taking a shower, it persists. The result largely depends on your skin and individual characteristics, but usually lasts for a week or even two.

Before the procedure

Immediately after the recording, I was told that my future tan largely depends on the correct preparation of the skin, and they gave me recommendations. At least 12 hours before the procedure, you need to do a light full body scrub (without oils and coffee) - I did it. The day before the procedure, it is not recommended to use creams, gels (due to the possible high pH) - I safely forgot about that. But on the day of tanning I did everything perfectly: I took a shower without gel and washcloths and did not use any means for the body, including deodorant. And, as I was advised, I came to the salon in loose dark clothes, because immediately after the procedure, the lotion can leave marks on the clothes.

How is the procedure

When I came to LikeZagar, the first thing I did was discuss with the master the shade I want to get. It seems that it looked very funny: I was standing there, all so snow-white, which in my childhood was called “white sour cream” and I show the master pictures of swarthy beauties on Instagram, responding to her warnings with the irrevocable “I only want this!”. I was warned that the shade I want is quite dark - it will look good on the skin, but when it starts to slip off the face and hands, the contrast will be noticeable. It didn't scare me, so I boldly undressed, put on disposable panties and got into the original position - legs apart, arms in different directions. In order not to stain the feet, special stickers were glued to them, and the palms were smeared with greasy cream. Before applying the lotion, a biopilling was done - a special composition was sprayed over the whole body, which removes impurities and degreases the skin. Then they started spraying the lotion itself - the master does it very carefully, according to the zones, saying how best to get up and turn around: you need to raise your hands up, then substitute one leg, then the other, then turn your back, then hold your breath while the lotion is applied to face. However, this is not difficult to do, the main thing for all the manipulations is not to touch the walls or the body with your hands - the master is watching this. I was warned that the lotion itself is cool, but in the salon I did not freeze. Then the body was slightly dried with a hairdryer and immediately allowed to dress. I saw the sunburn right away - more precisely, a thin white stripe from the elastic of the panties, the rest of the body was noticeably darker. I was advised not to shower for eight hours - for me this meant not washing at night - not crying, not sweating or even washing my hands (palms can be wiped with napkins) and allowed to dress.

Feelings after

How sticky it was! Well, it's just very, very sticky. I was on the subway and dreamed of the moment when I could take off my clothes at home. The jacket I was wearing was more or less spacious, and the jeans were not the most tight-fitting, but they were not oversized either. Mentally, I said goodbye to the tan, because I was sure that stains and stains would remain - after all, right after the procedure I put on a sweater, jeans, and a jacket, and even stuck into the warm subway ... An hour and a half later, the stickiness became bearable, and after two or three I saw how the tan manifests itself. The skin became darker before the eyes, while the color was rich, natural (no orange!) And perfectly even. To celebrate, I went to bed without taking a shower at night - this could have been done, but there was a risk that the tan would then not be as dark as I wanted. And I was not frightened even by the master's warning that brown stains might remain on the bed linen ...

Result

In the morning I woke up dark. Highly! And stained on the bedding, yes. But they were easily washed off, by the way. And my skin was not sticky at all and was very tanned. I examined myself meticulously and did not find a single spot, not a single smudge or trace - everything was really very smooth. After the first shower, the color faded a little, but I remained very tanned. Well, then I just admired myself in every mirror, and everything looked brighter on me - both makeup and clothes. It was wonderful!
To keep the tan longer, I avoided the pool, baths, washed without a washcloth and applied moisturizer to my body twice a day, as I was advised in the studio. The sunburn began to disappear after five days - primarily from the hands and face. But then I put on one of my self-tanners and it looked decent. In the salon, by the way, they sell lotions for home use in order to "tint", and do express tanning separately only for the face and hands - these are good options to extend the life of your tan. Two weeks later, some color was still on the body, but the hands and face were completely washed off, so I'm going to repeat the procedure in the near future.

Summer has imperceptibly crept up. The season loved by women is hectic and demanding. Open clothes bring great joy - you can show yourself in all your glory. New clothes look most effective on a tanned body. But what if it’s an eternity before the vacation, and in May you didn’t manage to acquire the coveted dark skin tone? Self-tanning in the salon is the best way for coquettes.

How to prepare for self-tanning

All cosmetic procedures require careful preparation of the skin. All parts of the body need special care:

Extremities;
torso;
neck;
face.

According to reviews, self-tanning in the salon will be successful only if all conditions are met. Preparatory procedures are carried out in several stages. First, the skin is scrubbed. As a result, all dead particles of the epidermis are removed, the pores are cleansed.

The skin "opens" and becomes more susceptible to self-tanning products: in the salon the price of the procedure is made up of the totality of the services provided and the cost of cosmetics. An integrated approach is fully justified, because it is difficult to cope with the task at home. The tan is uneven and rinses off quickly. Age spots remain on the skin.

A careful approach requires the face, ears, the border of the hairline behind the ears and at the back of the head. The intimate areas deserve special attention - professional depilation is indicated for lovers of resort skin tone.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: After scrubbing, the skin is treated with a preparatory compound for an even tan.

Light self-tanning - and the beach will be conquered!

Self-tanning application: what you need to know

Self-tanning in a salon worthy of trust is a safety net against disappointment. Cosmetologists apply the product according to a special technique, distribute it evenly. But the main thing is that a qualified specialist makes a start on the type of skin and selects the right lotion, spray or milk. Salon procedures are also good because the products of one manufacturer are used. They complement each other perfectly.

Also, applying self-tanning in the salon eliminates the need to buy a full set of special cosmetics. There are often cases when the procedure is done only a couple of times during the summer or on the eve of departure to the resort.

Every beautician has his own recipe for covering the body with self-tanning products. But the general procedure is something like this:

Legs;
body;
hands;
neck;
face.

The work uses special sponges and other devices. A sign of a good result is the absence of streaks on the body.

Elbows, knees, feet - areas that do not require rubbing. Otherwise, dark spots will remain on the skin. But when applying the composition to the face, the eyelids and the hairline must be captured - this way there will be no transition between "tanned" and natural skin.

When applying the product on the face, it is important to capture the hairline so that there is no abrupt transition

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The self-tanning pigment should not be too intense. The skin will take on a carrot shade and look unnatural.

Inadequate self-tanning stains appear

When self-tanning is done

It is most advisable to do a professional self-tanning in the salon before leaving for warm regions. The procedure is practically harmless, does not have a strong effect on the skin. Just a couple of hours is enough - and the desired effect is achieved. You do not have to spend tedious hours in a solarium, the dangers of which only the lazy does not speak about. For some women, these methods of tanning are contraindicated.

A visit to the salon before vacation is an effective way to deal with complexes. Many ladies are embarrassed by too light skin and believe that on the beach you need to appear fully armed. A natural tan will be smoother on prepared skin.

Self-tanning on legs is a great alternative to stockings in summer.

The period of the visit to the beautician is calculated so as to give the skin a rest after the procedure and prepare for the test of the sun. There is no unequivocal answer to the question: self-tanning in the salon does not exist for how long. It all depends on the individual characteristics of the body and the type of skin.

Therefore, preliminary consultation and discussion of the intricacies of the upcoming action will not hurt. Also, it will not be superfluous to find out how much a self-tanner costs in the salon. Too high cost of services, as well as an overly democratic price list - is always a reason to think about the quality of the result. And he has to be stunning.
