And beef soups, of course, if they are made from young beef or veal, are perfectly absorbed by the body and even, as some scientists say, better than vegetables and fruits. I would like to offer one simple recipe - beef soup with potatoes and noodles. This is a very light, nutritious and almost dietary dish that you can completely fill up with. Any part of the carcass is suitable for its preparation. I have ribs and some beef pulp.
