I like to bake red fish in foil with potatoes, fish plus a side dish, two in one.
I came to the store yesterday, saw a fresh delivery of sea trout and salmon, and could not pass by. I like salmon more than trout, but they came in fish weighing over 5 kg, which is a lot for us. I bought this beautiful trout weighing 2.5 kg. And she divided it: the head and tail were put aside for the fish soup, half a kilo was put aside for lightly salted fish, two steaks went into the freezer for better times, but about 1 kilogram of trout went to one or my favorite dishes - trout steaks (and even tastier with salmon) , baked in foil.
