Every housewife has a dozen or so favorite recipes in stock, which she prepares, if not often, then certainly traditionally for the numerous holidays customary to celebrate in our country. Most of these dishes are designed to amaze with taste, appearance and other qualities that positively characterize them. However, all this leaves a rather heavy imprint in the form of financial costs, loss of time and effort.

And who wants to sit exhausted at the festive table after spending a day or even two in the kitchen on the eve of an event? In this case, simpler, short-term dishes, such as a salad with sausage and croutons, can help out. Our page is dedicated to this topic, so that you, dear readers, can make the cooking process easier, but at the same time continue to delight your household and guests with amazingly delicious dishes.

Recipe one: Salad with sausage, pickled cucumbers and croutons

This treat is probably one of the simplest, but at the same time it is nourishing, tasty and original. And the products in its composition cannot be classified as expensive, branded or elite - they are affordable for everyone. This recipe can become your little magic wand when guests gather or just as a quick dinner or breakfast, because it will take no more than 20 minutes to prepare.

We will need

  • Smoked sausage – 180 grams;
  • Sweet corn – 1 can;
  • Crackers with smoked flavor - 2 packs (small);
  • Testicles – 5 pcs.;
  • Pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.;
  • Mayonnaise – 50 grams;
  • Green onion – 80 grams.

Preparation:

  1. Let's take care of the testicles first. Boil as required and cool. Next, we clean, cut into even circles, and then into neat rectangular bars;
  2. We’ll do the same with the sausage – chop it thinly into circles and then into strips;
  3. Cut the pickled cucumbers lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a dessert spoon. We chop what remains into a similar shape as the previous ingredients;
  4. Salt the marinade from the corn;
  5. Wash the green onion feathers well and dry. But you can just wipe it with a towel. We cut thin rings;
  6. Now let’s combine the ingredients together: to the cucumbers add sausage, eggs, corn, most of the crackers (we’ll leave a little for decoration), cucumbers, and almost all the green onions (except for a small handful);
  7. Add mayonnaise to the products, mix, set aside for 15 minutes. During this period, the crackers will soften a little, give up all their flavor and saturate the salad with it;
  8. Now put everything on a flat plate (or do it in portions) in a heap, garnish with the rest of the crackers and green onions. Ready!

Tip: For this salad with sausage, you can also use crackers flavored with ham, bacon, hunting sausages, jellied meat, grilled chicken, horseradish, mushrooms or cheese. But the aroma of fish, seafood or caviar will be superfluous here.

Recipe two: Salad with smoked sausage, fresh cucumbers, garlic and corn

Another light, easy to prepare, but incredibly tasty salad. It will appeal to those who like to add a little heat and spice to their food. All you need to do is chop, crumble or slice the ingredients. No hassles with long boiling, preparation and pre-frying - everything is incredibly fast.

We will need:

  • Smoked sausage (preferably Salami) – 260 grams;
  • Sweet corn – 1 can;
  • Testicles – 4 pcs.;
  • Garlic – 2 slices;
  • Fresh cucumber – 190 grams;
  • Short crackers (Kirieshek type) with bacon – 2 packs;
  • Hard cheese – 120 grams;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation:

  1. First, boil the eggs, cool and chop them randomly;
  2. Now it's the sausage's turn. We cut a piece of 3 centimeters from the stick, thinly saw it lengthwise to make long layers. Then we cut each of them into thin long ribbons. We do this with the entire volume of Salami;
  3. Wash the cucumbers well and peel off the skin. Then, like the sausage, we cut it lengthwise. This is necessary to get to the seeds - we will clean them, thereby protecting the salad from excessive wetting. We will also cut the remaining pulp into long pieces;
  4. Place the corn in a sieve to drain;
  5. Peel the garlic and grind it into a paste;
  6. Grind the cheese into shavings on a grater;
  7. Now let's combine the ingredients: add cucumbers, eggs, garlic, corn, half the crackers, and cheese to the sausage. Add mayonnaise, mix;
  8. Let's set the salad aside for a quarter of an hour; everything will have time to soak in during this time. Before eating, place the remaining crackers on top.

Tip: If you like the aroma of garlic in salads, but don’t like to chew or just feel pieces of it in your mouth, just rub the salad bowl well with this spice before putting the rest of the ingredients there. The dish will acquire the desired aroma, and you will avoid unpleasant moments.

Recipe three: Salad with smoked sausage, beans and Korean carrots

And you may already be familiar with this recipe and have come to love it; it is quite popular in many regions of our country. If not, then hurry up to the store for the necessary products, you should definitely try it! Like all other salads in this collection, it is distinguished by its simplicity, speed of preparation and the absence of pre-processing of the ingredients.

We will need:

  • Red beans in brine (not tomatoes) – 1 can;
  • Smoked sausage – 330 grams;
  • Korean carrots – 230 grams;
  • Croutons “Kirieshki” with bacon – 2 packs;
  • Smoked chicken (preferably drumstick) – 220 grams;
  • Dill – 80 grams;
  • Mayonnaise - a third of a sachet.

Preparation:

  1. First, let's remove the film and chop our sausage. We do this arbitrarily, but be sure to keep in mind that the shape of all chopped ingredients should be the same. It will be much more aesthetically pleasing;
  2. Remove the skin from the chicken, separate the fillet from the bones, and chop it like smoked sausage;
  3. Rinse the dill and dry it. Let's not tune it very finely;
  4. And then everything is even simpler - drain the brine from the beans, open the packs of Kirieshki;
  5. We combine beans, greens, both types of smoked meats in a deep salad bowl, add Korean carrots and all the crackers. Soak in mayonnaise and mix. It is advisable to eat such a treat exactly 5 minutes after adding the sauce - then the croutons will already give some of their taste to the salad, but will not have time to completely soften and lose their crunch.

  • Bacon croutons – 1 package;
  • Mayonnaise – ¼ pack;
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.;
  • Garlic – 3 slices.

Preparation:

  1. To give the dish an amazing taste and aroma, we will need to lightly fry the bacon in a frying pan. Then cut it into large pieces (or do it the other way around). You can, of course, not subject it to heat treatment, but after it the dish will have an incredibly tasty and appetizing smell;
  2. Clean the sausage from the packaging and chop it randomly;
  3. Grate the cheese into thin, neat shavings;
  4. Rinse the lettuce leaves, then place them on a clean cloth to dry. Then we will tear them into pieces for food;
  5. Peel, rinse, and grind the garlic into a paste;
  6. Now it’s time for the aromatic sauce, which is also prepared very quickly: mix mayonnaise with lemon juice from half a fruit, chopped garlic and a spoonful of olive oil. Beat with a whisk for uniformity;
  7. Now let’s combine our products together: pour torn lettuce, fried bacon, shredded sausage, cheese shavings, and croutons into a deep bowl;
  8. Pour the previously prepared sauce over everything and mix gently. And in the next quarter of an hour we try not to eat the salad, it still needs to brew a little. And then help yourself to your health!

Today I want to bring to your attention a very simple, but no less tasty salad with smoked sausage, croutons and corn. The fact is that it is prepared in literally 10-15 minutes from simple ingredients that are accessible to everyone, and does not require a high level of culinary skill at all, because the processes are all elementary. All you need is the ability to cut food beautifully and a good mood!
I don’t even remember how this recipe appeared in my culinary notebook. This was probably a very long time ago, because the set of products is, one might say, “not modern,” but the taste of the finished dish is very pleasant and piquant. Of course, I don’t prepare such a salad for a banquet table, but appetizers for a home dinner probably couldn’t be better.
I especially like the original combination of products, because the main ingredient in the dish is smoked sausage, and to it I add fresh cucumbers, which add freshness, boiled eggs and sweet corn for tenderness, and wheat croutons for piquancy and originality. As a dressing, I use different sauces - either store-bought mayonnaise, sour cream or natural yogurt.
The salad is served in a traditional way - I mix the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl with sauce, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and green onions.
The recipe is for 4 servings.

Ingredients:

- smoked sausage (Cervelat type) - 150 g,
- sweet corn - 100 g,
- chicken table egg - 3 pcs.,
- cucumber – 1-2 pcs.,
- onion (green) or parsley and dill - a couple of sprigs,
- crackers - 100 g,
- sauce (mayonnaise) - 100 g.

Step-by-step recipe with photos:

Wash the cucumbers and cut into strips.

Peel the smoked sausage and cut into thin slices. It is important that all ingredients are carefully cut into the same shape.

Wash and chop the onion.

Boil chicken eggs hard for 8-10 minutes. It is important to start counting the time from the moment the water boils, then we can definitely say that the eggs will be cooked to the consistency we need. Cool them in cold water, peel and cut them.

Mix sausage, eggs and cucumbers in a salad bowl.
Open the can of sweet corn, drain the liquid and add the corn to the salad.

Add homemade wheat croutons or store-bought crackers. In principle, croutons are easy to prepare yourself - cut the loaf slices into medium cubes, mix with salt and spices and dry in the oven until golden brown.

Next, mix with the sauce and place in a presentable salad bowl. I advise you to see how it is prepared
