Preparation: Boil broccoli in salted water. Combine eggs, sour cream and grated cheese, add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grease the pan with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put broccoli, pour the egg mixture on top. Spread the remaining oil over the casserole. Place in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Broccoli casserole with pine nuts.

Ingredients: 1 broccoli inflorescence, 5 eggs, 100g butter, 20ml vegetable oil, 100g pine nuts, 70g bread crumbs, 40g Parmesan cheese, half a lemon, salt, pepper.

Preparation: chop broccoli, fry until half cooked in vegetable oil, salt and pepper, squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Place broccoli in a baking dish, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, add grated cheese, top with beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, bake for 12 minutes.

Minced broccoli casserole.

Ingredients: 300g broccoli, 300g minced meat, 2 eggs, 100g sour cream, 1 tsp. mustard, salt, pepper, 200g of cheese.

Preparation: Boil broccoli in salted water until half cooked. Fry the minced meat, add salt and pepper. Separate the whites from the yolks, whisk until stiff. Mix the yolks with mustard and sour cream. Combine with protein mixture. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, put the broccoli, put the minced meat on top, fill with the mixture, put in a preheated oven. When the casserole is browned, remove it, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Serve the broccoli casserole hot - you can, with cheese or garlic sauce, mayonnaise. Serve white bread croutons with a casserole, salad of fresh vegetables or broth.

I love this casserole very much) the recipe is excellent! Only I never boil cabbage before baking for more than 2-3 minutes, especially broccoli - and 10 (!) Minutes is barbaric, because the casserole is baked for another 30 minutes. It is very easy to turn useful stuff into filler.

Answer: I used frozen. If you throw it into boiling water, then it takes 7-8 minutes until it re-boils. As a result, cabbage is cooked for the same 2-3 minutes. And with fresh, you are right, a few minutes are enough.

Once again, I thought about the usefulness healthy eating... I will not hide, it happened after a good feast with friends, where the king of the table was magnificent. Of course, such a dish does not help to reduce the waist and eliminate excess weight. So I'm thinking about making such a dietary one.

In search of an acceptable option, I looked through several websites of my colleagues in the culinary workshop and found some very interesting recipes for broccoli casseroles. Most of all I was attracted by the option without meat, with cream. A very good unloading dish. After some thought, I did add some cheese for a better shape.

Preparing the cabbage

While the broccoli is boiling, prepare a creamy filling. Break the uncooked ones into a deep bowl, add salt and beat a little with a whisk, and then add and beat again.

Any hard grade, rub on a coarse grater.

How to cook in the oven

Lubricate the baking dish butter, and then put the prepared broccoli into it in one layer. If you like the taste, you can finely chop the parsley or cilantro and sprinkle the broccoli on top before pouring.

So, almost all the preparatory work has been completed. Pour everything that has been prepared with creamy egg filling and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

We put the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 10-15 minutes until formed. To do this, you can turn on the fan mode in the oven a couple of minutes before being fully cooked.

Ingredients for the recipe

  • 500-600 grams - frozen or fresh cabbage broccoli;
  • 2-3 pcs - chicken egg;
  • 150 ml - cream 10%;
  • 100-130 grams - hard cheese;
  • 0.5 tsp - salt;
  • Greens to taste.

Adherents healthy nutrition and those who like to eat deliciously will love the broccoli casserole. The dish cooks quickly. You can vary the casserole with chicken, fish, vegetables, or add flavor with spices.

Broccoli casserole with cheese and egg

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg broccoli;
  • 200 gr. cheese - 100 gr. solid + 100 gr. mozzarella;

  4. Pour into a fireproof mold. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

Pre-marinate the chicken in spices - this will make the casserole taste more intense. You can pickle chicken fillet together with broccoli - this will also improve the taste of the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. broccoli;
  • 300 gr. chicken fillet;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 eggs;
  • garlic;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 100 ml cream;
  • salt, spices.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Place in a bowl, add garlic, mayonnaise and curry.
  2. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, add to the chicken. Leave it on for 20 minutes.
  3. Whisk in the egg and cream.
  4. Chop the onion finely.
  5. Combine the onion, chicken and broccoli. Place the mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Top with cream.
  7. Bake at 190 ° C for 30 minutes.

  • 300 gr. cauliflower;
  • 200 gr. hard cheese;
  • 100 ml cream;
  • ½ cup flour;
  • garlic;
  • thyme;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. Disassemble both types of cabbage into inflorescences.
  2. Prepare the sauce: pour the cream into the pan, add flour, squeeze out the garlic, season with thyme.
  3. Salt broccoli and cauliflower, place in a mold.
  4. Pour with creamy sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.

Broccoli casserole with salmon

Red fish goes well with broccoli. Add your favorite aromatic herbs to the casserole for a fragrant and tasty dish, which will not be ashamed to serve on the festive table.

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr. fresh salmon;
  • 300 gr. broccoli;
  • 200 gr. hard cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 ml cream;
  • spicy herbs, salt.

Preparation:

  1. Butcher the fish by removing all bones. Cut into pieces.
  2. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences.
  3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  4. Whisk eggs and cream.
  5. Combine the fish and cabbage, salt, season and place in a fireproof dish.
  6. Pour in cream and sprinkle with cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.

Casserole with broccoli and zucchini

Choose less watery zucchini for casseroles, otherwise the dish will turn out to be too liquid consistency - young vegetables are suitable for this purpose.

Broccoli casserole with pasta is tender, satisfying, easy and very simple to prepare. I looked at different recipes for casseroles from these ingredients, where it was suggested to boil both cabbage and pasta before baking. But I decided to try to take these products raw and, having cooked, made sure that additional preparation for these ingredients before baking is completely unnecessary! Everything can be done much faster and easier!
So, today I will tell you how to quickly prepare a delicious vegetable casserole with pasta.

Oven broccoli casserole with pasta: ingredients

Broccoli cabbage 800 gr

Pasta 70 gr (spaghetti or other pasta - it is better to take small varieties)

Milk 500-600 ml

Eggs 3-4 pcs

Bulgarian pepper 1 piece

Garlic 2-3 cloves

Salt, spices to taste

1. First of all, turn on the oven, since the preparation of the ingredients does not take much time. We set the temperature to 200 degrees.

3. Add milk, spices, mix everything.
4. Three cheese on a coarse grater. Pepper seeds are removed and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
5. Grease the form with vegetable oil. We disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and put it in a mold. For casseroles, you can use either fresh or frozen broccoli.
6. Pasta, I have small vermicelli, pour a thin layer between cabbage inflorescences. The paste should not be too much, 70-100 grams, no more, otherwise it will turn into a solid lump.
6. Top with pepper and garlic.
7. The final layer is cheese.
8. Fill everything with the egg-milk mixture and place the mold in the oven. I closed the form with a lid, and removed it five minutes before the end so that the cheese would form a beautiful crust. The baking time is approximately 30-40 minutes, guided by your oven.
